How do I return/exchange an item?
We are proud to have the best customer service in the airsoft retail industry. We are here to make sure your experience buying airsoft products online goes as smoothly as possible. If you have an issue, please contact us as soon as possible. We will remedy the situation to the best of our ability in a timely manner.

Online Sales Exchange/Return Policy:
A quick note about our returns policy: Airsoft products are not consumer grade toys! These are susceptible electronic devices that can easily be damaged without proper care. They are also considered weapons in some jurisdictions, so like real firearms’ shops, we have an ‘all sales final’ policy. However, to keep our customers happy, we have the following exceptions to the all sales final policy:
Returns for full refund are allowed on brand-new merchandise within 2 business days of purchase/delivery. Returned items must be 100% brand-new, unopened, unused, unworn, with full tags and packaging accompanying it. Buyer is responsible for all shipping fees back to our warehouse. Buyer will not be refunded shipping expenses we incurred for initial delivery. Returned items that are not brand new are not allowed. No returns for refund allowed after 2 days of purchase – no exceptions.
Exchanges on products are allowed within 14 days of the delivery date. Exchanges are only for manufacturer’s defects and shipping damage upon delivery. If an item is received damaged, or is incorrectly shipped, please contact Customer Support immediately, so we can resolve the issue quickly. Exchanges are generally for the exact same product, but we will consider exchanges or store credit on a case-by-case basis.
